Ingredients:
¼ chicken
2 tomatoes
½ green cucumber
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Spiced ingredients:
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tbsp sesame paste
¼ tsp peppercorn powder
¼ tsp crushed garlic
¼ tsp crushed ginger
½ tsp chilli oil
½ tsp sugar
Instructions:
Wash tomatoes and cucumber, slice and place on the side of serving dish. Fry white sesame seeds in adried wok until fragrant, set aside.
Skin and wash chicken, boil over low heat for about 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked. Slice and put on the centre of dish.
Mix spiced ingredients and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Ready to serve.
