Chicken Steamed Rice

This recipe will give you a different chicken recipe. Try this a delicious chicken steamed rice.

Ingredients:

7 ounce rice
3½ ounce chicken fillet
1 sprig spring onion
10 mushrooms
4 quail eggs
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 cup water
2 cloves garlic, mashed and chopped
Dash of sugar
Dash of salt
Dash of peppercorn powder

Directions:

  1. Cut up chicken fillet. Shred sprig spring onion, boil quail eggs then divide in half. Divide mushrooms in half too. Arrange the above ingredients in stainless bowl.
  2. Add sugar, salt sesame oil, oyster sauce, garlic and peppercorn powder. Place washed rice then add water.
  3. Steam about 45 minutes. Remove. Serve this steamed chicken rice in a medium portion for one serving.
