Ingredients:
7 ounce rice
3½ ounce chicken fillet
1 sprig spring onion
10 mushrooms
4 quail eggs
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 cup water
2 cloves garlic, mashed and chopped
Dash of sugar
Dash of salt
Dash of peppercorn powder
Directions:
- Cut up chicken fillet. Shred sprig spring onion, boil quail eggs then divide in half. Divide mushrooms in half too. Arrange the above ingredients in stainless bowl.
- Add sugar, salt sesame oil, oyster sauce, garlic and peppercorn powder. Place washed rice then add water.
- Steam about 45 minutes. Remove. Serve this steamed chicken rice in a medium portion for one serving.
