Chicken Opor*

*Opor : dish consisting of chicken and coconut milk, generally classified as curry, but it has a white sauce that clings to the meat and does not overwhelm the taste of the chicken.
Prepare yourself for a special broth chicken recipe that specially taken from tropical country, Indonesia. At there, this chicken opor specially used to serving in any special occasion.
Ingredients:
1¼ pounds chicken, cut up inti 4 pieces
2 cup coconut milk (liquid)
1 cup coconut milk (thickened)
4 leaves spring orange
1 spring citronella
1 tbsp sour seasoning
Dash of sugar
Dash of salt
Dash of seasoning
Seasoning:
8 cloves garlic
8 cloves onion
1 slice galingale
1 tbsp coriander
¼ tsp pepper

Directions:
  1. Crush the above seasoning, saute until fragrant.
  2. Add spring orange and citronella. Pour in coconut milk liquid.
  3. Put the chicken, cook with cover until chicken is tender.
  4. Add coconut milk thickened, remove and sprinkle with fried onion.
    Serve this chicken opor for 4 servings
