Very easy highly seasoned chicken balls with flour, bay leaf, coconut milk and seasonings.
Ingredients:
2¼ pounds chicken fillet
4 tbsps flour
1 cup coconut milk
3 bay leaf
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper

Seasoning:
6 cloves garlic
4 cloves onion
6 red pepper
6 very small red pepper
6 candlenut
1 slice galingale
2 slices ginger
Directions:

Directions:
- Mince chicken fillet, mix with flour, peppercorn powder, salt, seasoning and coconut milk. Stir well and form into balls.
- Heat water then place the formed chicken on boiler pan until cooked. Remove and pat dry.
Crush the all seasoning then saute until fragrant. Add bay leaf. Put the boiled chicken balls. - Add coconut milk, bring to boil. Remove, and highly seasoned chicken will be ready to be served.
Yield 4-6 servings
