Ingredients:
2¼ pounds chicken fillet
½ pound mushrooms, halved
3 sprigs spring onion, sliced
1 sachet chicken stock
2 tbsps soy sauce
2 tbsps wine
½ cup water
Dash of sugar
Dash of salt
Dash of seasoning
Seasoning:
6 cloves onion
6 cloves garlic
2 slices ginger
Dash of peppercorn powder
Directions:
- Chicken fillet cut diagonally.
- Smash garlic and onion, shreded. Saute until fragrant. Add sprigs spring onion.
- Put the chicken, saute until tough. Add water. Pour in sugar, salt, seasoning and soy sauce.
Pour in mushrooms and wine before the chicken is done.
