Mushrooms Chicken

A delicious mushrooms chicken with onion and wine, along with seasonings.

Ingredients:

2¼ pounds chicken fillet
½ pound mushrooms, halved
3 sprigs spring onion, sliced
1 sachet chicken stock
2 tbsps soy sauce
2 tbsps wine
½ cup water
Dash of sugar
Dash of salt
Dash of seasoning

Seasoning:

6 cloves onion
6 cloves garlic
2 slices ginger
Dash of peppercorn powder

Directions:

  1. Chicken fillet cut diagonally.
  2. Smash garlic and onion, shreded. Saute until fragrant. Add sprigs spring onion.
  3. Put the chicken, saute until tough. Add water. Pour in sugar, salt, seasoning and soy sauce.
    Pour in mushrooms and wine before the chicken is done.
Yields 4 servings
