Ingredients:
½ pound chicken fillet, smashed
3½ ounce sago flour
4 leaves spring cabbage, soaked with hot water then dried
2 cloves garlic, chopped
½ egg, beaten
1 tbsp sesame oil
Dash of salt and pepper
Directions:
- Combine chicken fillet, garlic, egg and sago flour. Add dash of sesame oil, salt and pepper. Stir well.
- Roll in chicken with soaked spring cabbage. Then steam until cooked.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
