Steamed Chicken Wrapped

Easy steamed chicken wrapped with garlic, egg and sesame oil, along with seasonings.

Ingredients:

½ pound chicken fillet, smashed
3½ ounce sago flour
4 leaves spring cabbage, soaked with hot water then dried
2 cloves garlic, chopped
½ egg, beaten
1 tbsp sesame oil
Dash of salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine chicken fillet, garlic, egg and sago flour. Add dash of sesame oil, salt and pepper. Stir well.
  2. Roll in chicken with soaked spring cabbage. Then steam until cooked.
  3. Serve with tomato sauce.
