Ingredients:
¾ pound chicken
1 cup chicken stock
3½ ounce radish, minced
3½ ounce carrot, minced
3½ ounce Bombay onion, minced
1½ ounce soy bean
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsps margarine
1 tomato, minced
½ tbsp Worcestershire soy sauce
½ tbsp tomato sauce
½ tsp cinnamon powder
Directions:
- Cut chicken into some pieces. Saute with margarine, garlic and Bombay onion.
- Add Worcestershire soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Pour in chicken stock, radish, carrot, tomato and soy bean.
- Bring to the lower heat, allow to boil until chicken is tender. Remove. Serve.
