Ingredients:
1¾ pounds chicken
1 slice ginger, cut into thin pieces
4 tbsps sesame oil
3 tbsps wine
2 tsps Worcestershire soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 cup chicken stock
½ tbsp Oyster sauce
Dash of oil, salt and pepper
Directions:
- Divide chicken into some pieces. Sprinkle with salt and peppper. Fry until lightly brown. Set aside.
- Saute fried chicken with sesame oil and ginger until fragrant. Allow for 5 minutes.
Then add wine, Worcestershire soy sauce, Oyster sauce and sugar. Stir well. Meanwhile, pour in chciken stock. - Add dash of salt and pepper, then allow until few of broth appears. Serve.
