This is a delicious chicken with sesame oil recipe with ginger and wine, along with seasonings. Scroll down to see more.
Ingredients:
1¾ pounds chicken
1 slice ginger, cut into thin pieces
4 tbsps sesame oil
3 tbsps wine
2 tsps Worcestershire soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 cup chicken stock
½ tbsp Oyster sauce
Dash of oil, salt and pepper
Directions:
- Divide chicken into some pieces. Sprinkle with salt and peppper. Fry until lightly brown. Set aside.
- Saute fried chicken with sesame oil and ginger until fragrant. Allow for 5 minutes.
Then add wine, Worcestershire soy sauce, Oyster sauce and sugar. Stir well. Meanwhile, pour in chciken stock. - Add dash of salt and pepper, then allow until few of broth appears. Serve.
Easy to make Enche Kebin (broth chicken) with potatoes, carrots, grater ginger and Bombay onion, along with seasonings.
Ingredients:
1 pound chicken
2 ounce snowpeas
2 potatoes, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
2 tbsps soy sauce
1 Bombay onion, sliced
1 tbsp water of grater ginger
1¼ chicken stock
½ tbsp caltrop starch, mix with 1 tbsp of water
Dash of oil, salt and pepper
Directions:
- Divide chicken into some pieces, combine with salt and pepper. Fry chicken and potatoes until cooked, set aside. Boil carrots, pat dry.
- Saute fried chicken with Bombay onion, then add soy sauce, water of ginger and chicken stock, stir well. Add carrots, fried potatoes and snowpeas. Pour in dash of salt and pepper.
- Thicken broth chicken with caltrop starch. Stir well. Remove. Serve.
