Ingredients:
2 whole chicken
30 gr onion
10 gr garlic
10 gr ginger
4 pellet candlenut
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground pepper
½ teaspoon chicken broth
1 tablespoon coriander
2 tablespoon honey
Directions:
1. Crush onion, garlic, ginger, candlenut and coriander with blender, then steam until fragrant.
2. Add salt, ground pepper, honey and chicken broth, stir well.
3. Put the chicken, boil until cooked.
4. Bake chicken over medium heat until it turns brown in colour. Dish up. Serve.
Notes:
1 tsp = 5 gr
1 tbsp = 14 gr
