Ingredients:
1 whole chicken, divided 8 pieces
3 tbsps soy sauce
½ cup sour seasoning
Dash of sugar
Dash of salt
Dash of seasoning
Seasoning:
8 cloves onion
8 cloves garlic
8 red pepper
8 slices candlenut
2 slices turmeric
Directions:
- Crush onion, garlic, red pepper, candlenut and turmeric, then saute until fragrant.
- Put the chicken. Add soy sauce, sour seasoning, sugar, salt and seasoning.
Cook with cover until few broth appears. Remove and dried. - Bake chicken until it turns brown in colour. Dish up and sprinkle with left broth from herbs. Serve with raw vegetables and hot spicy sauce.
