Ingredients:
1 whole chicken, divided into 16 pieces
2 red pepper, sliced
5 sprigs spring onion, cut up
¼ Bombay onion, sliced into thin pieces
3 tbsps margarine
3 tbsps soy sauce
Dash of sugar
Dash of salt
Dash of seasoning
Seasoning:
4 cloves onion
6 cloves garlic
2 slices ginger
Dash of peppercorn powder
Directions:
- Coat divided chicken with salt and seasoning, stir well. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Fry chicken until lightly brown.
- Shred onion and garlic, mash ginger, then saute until fragrant.
Add the chicken with some of water. Pour in peppercorn powder, soy sauce, sugar, salt and seasoning. - Sprinkle with red pepper, sprigs spring onion, Bombay onion and margarine before the chicken is done.
